Writing: Answer this question in one sentence: What is the difference between a "Sketch" and a "Body"?
Sketch the Base:
Create a sketch on the XY Plane (the flat "floor" plane).
Select Create > Rectangle
Click the origin (0,0) and draw a rectangle that is 65 mm x 25 mm.
Offset for the Border:
Select the Offset tool (shortcut 'O').
Click the edge of the rectangle you just drew.
Pull the offset inward and type 2 mm.
Result: You now have a "frame" with two rectangles (inner and outer).
Fillet Corners:
Select the Fillet tool.
Select the four corners of the OUTER rectangle. Set radius to 5 mm.
Draw the Guide Line:
Press 'L' (Line).
Critical Step: Press 'X' on your keyboard to turn on "Construction Mode" (this makes the line dotted so it doesn't mess up the extrusion later).
Draw a vertical line connecting the top edge of the rectangle directly to the bottom edge.
Position the Line:
Press 'D' (Dimension).
Click the dotted line you just drew, then click the far left edge of the rectangle.
Type 7 mm and press Enter.
The Point:
Go to Create > Point.
Hover your mouse over the middle of your dotted line.
When you see a small Triangle icon (Midpoint) appear, click to place the point.
The Circle:
Press 'C' (Circle).
Click the Point you just made.
Type 5 mm and press Enter.
Still in the same sketch (you can always double click the sketch to get back into it)
Go to the Create menu and select Text.
Draw a box where you want your name.
Type your name. Change Font to Impact and Height to 10 mm.
Note: Make sure that it fits nicely within the box, once you have clicked ok you can drag it to where it needs to go
Click Finish Sketch.
Select the outer frame and middle section (hold Shift), leaving the hole unselected.
Press E to Extrude.
Set Distance to -3 mm, Operation to New Body, and click OK.

Hide the Bodys and Show the Sketch (browser tree). Sketches hide themselves after extrusion
Press E and select the text profile and outside ring.
Set Distance to 1.5 mm, Operation to New Body, and click OK.
